I can't rotate, zoom (in/out) / on browser on android and IOS

when I share the web viewer link to friends (mobile), they can’t rotate, zoom (in/out) / on browser on android and IOS

i want to share the link like the one below and show my friends my design, they have issue to play around with the design

ps: the link works fine on computer

On iOS 13 or later you can use a Bluetooth device to control the web page. You would need to type O for orbit, Z for zoom, H for pan, but can at least then move around the model ok. Not sure about Android and using Bluetooth input devices.
