Sketchup 2024 Generate Report stuck at offline. Can't customise and the report showing all false values

Sketchup 2024 generate report problem. I create a simple object as shown in the snapshot below and gererate the report. I encounter problem below:

  1. the generator dialogue stuck at offline. I have no way to get connected nor refresh.
  2. either report generated via html or csv are false value.

In a command prompt (type cmd, in Windows search) can you ping generatereport.sketchup.com?

If ping generatereport.sketchup.com works, also try ping bing.com.

ping works but nothing change in sketchup.

If pinging both sites work (bing.com and generatereport.sketchup.com) there might be some (Anti) virus blocking activities from the app.
Do you have one installed? Might want to shut it off temporary to check.
