Hi Guys. I purchased 2018 Pro 7 years back to run on my Windows 10 Dell XPS 15 9560. With Windows 10 support ending in October and apparently my laptop is not eligible for upgrade to Windows 11! So I’m probably going to have to upgrade and reload Sketchup 2018 Pro on the new Windows 11 machine. However, I can’t find my original installation file! I have contacted Trimble who just referred me to the reseller I bought Sketchup from. They have gone out of business! I have no intention of going over to a subscription based system. I’ve already shelled out over £400 thank you very much and I am quite happy continuing using 2018 Pro. Does anyone have a copy of 2018 Pro install file, or any ideas how I can transfer my Sketchup 2018 Pro to a new machine?

I’ve not tried it yet but it was downloaded from sketchup site.
When you bought SketchUp 2018 you then had a year of maintenance and support. During that time SketchUp 2019 was released, and so if you want you could install 2019 and use the updated license.
2018 has issues with seeing that you are online. That can be fixed, but using 2019 would be an easier way to solve that problem.
