Since the 2018 update came out which I haven’t installed yet, I can’t get my Trays to show up. what is up with that?
SketchUp 2018 wouldn’t have anything to do with why your trays show or don’t in SU2017. Have you enabled the default tray in Window>Default Tray? Is the tray just collapsed on the side? How about showing us a screen shot of SketchUp 2017 on your computer? Show us the Window menu, too.
well i figured out how to make a new tray but can’t open any old ones. guess that works, just mildly annoying!

Surely you’re missing something but so far you haven’t show us anything that could help us get you sorted out.
