I hate to sound stupid but how do I get plugins from sketchucation installed on sketchup 16? I have windows 10!

The easiest way is to install the SketchUcation Extension Store extension. Then use it to find and automatically install extensions/plugins. You can get the Extension Store (still shows as Plugin Store) under Resources.
