I’ve attached both the sketch up and cura files I’m not sure why when i go into cura its missing the top of the model and some of the bottom of the model is messed up cant seam to figure it out any help will be much appreciated

There are a lot of internal faces and some stray edges. If you switch to the Xray style you can see those inside the object.
What version of SketchUp are you really using? You put Classic License for SketchUp 2025 Desktop but there is no Classic license. Are you actually using the free web version? What operating system? “Computer” is not an answer to that question. What graphics card? “3” doesn’t answer that, either.
I didn’t know what model type or any of that other stuff I’m using the free web version I just put that to make the account didn’t know it was public! Thanks for getting back to me so quickly

I will do it tomorrow when I’m back on the computer, once I’m in xray how can I fix it to make it look like the one you showed me?
Edit the geometry and delete the unnecessary edges and faces.
ive done what you said in xray it worked, kinda think im still missing something as cura is still not picking up this part of the model up ive attached the sketchup file again below, thanks for your help i appreciate it

Pretty good. You missed an internal face at the top. My cursor is over it in this screen shot.
If you were to upgrade to SketchUp Go you would have Solid Inspector which would help you identify and in some cases fix issues. It might be worth the price if you are doing a lot of this kind of thing.
Ah, I tired deleting this face but it kept picking up the exterior face and wouldn’t let me click that face but I’ll try again, thanks for your help how much is sketch up go?
Hide the face on the end and then you can select and delete the face inside.

I’ll look. I presume you are using a cr acked version of SketchUp 2021? What operating system? 2021 is not an operating system. What graphics card? “s” is not a graphics card model number.
It opens fine in SketchUp 2025. Looks like it’s time to update.
