Just a quick question, Can I shine plotted lights through glass material? No rush on response, don’t want to be annoying you.
I expect you can do that but I use a different renderer and won’t presume to give you instructions on how to do it in Twilight. @tuna1957 might be able to do that, though.

ciaransu , the short answer is yes light will shine through glass materials in Twilight. The longer answer is to get good results your “glass” needs to be modeled properly in SU and set up correctly in Twilight to get good results. Really suggest you check back up this thread to the link I posted to the Twilight forum. They have great video tutorials to get new users up to speed on using Twilight.
