Single user in Gsuite who does not connect to SketchUp for School

Only my SketchUp for School username stopped working, I checked Gsuite and it is correct.

Hi @Andrade, thanks for the post. While I am happy to get your domain added to the database, it is not going to do anything if they are the only student on the domain that is getting blocked. It is far more likely that they may have inadvertently changed a setting on a user level that is preventing them from logging in.

The first two I recommend checking are the third party cookies setting and popup blocker settings. Make sure that they are both allowed for our site as they are required for the login process to resolve correctly.
