I had to re install program as sign-in took me to trial version instead of licensed. now when i open it to sign in the sign-up link fails to open. It just shows a error message. already tried different browsers and turning off browser protection.This message appears; Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:64582.
Have you tried rebooting your computer? That url is a local address to the Trimble license server process that runs on your computer. Failure to establish a connection suggests the server process is not running or is somehow stuck. A firewall policy could also be interfering, though those don’t usually block local connections.
