SIGN-IN screen Issue

Hello, I have problem in singing-in.
Whenever I try to sign-in, this windows appears, then I cannot do nothing more.

I already gave up using 3D warehouse since last year, because I thought there may be no more support for my old Sketchup pro 2017. Okay, so I’m thinking about subscription to pro version. But even I try to buy a new one, this kind of screen appears, then story ends.

  • ‘Evrything SketchUp…’, ‘Trimble checkout’…

How can I solve my sign-in problem? It happens only to me, or I missed something ?
I’m using Google chrome for browsing on windows 10.

Each time i sign in to sketchup, I close the tab and click on sketchup and it asks me to login again! When I do it tells me I’m logged in and to close the tab again, I cannot get to my work!

I tried deleting the login session file still no good.

Could it be norton ?

the usual suspects are

1° a vpn
2° a secure connection (hotel, company…) that blocks something important.
3° your antivirus blocking something needed.
4° an agressive adblocker.
