My shortcuts aren't working. To be more precise: Only the letters don't work. The spacebar, arrow keys, and Esc are functioning. I'm working from my laptop, logged into a graphical drive at work. But the shortcuts only don't work when I'm working from my laptop. When I log in to a desktop computer for work (with my same account), the shortcuts do work. So there must be something in my laptop settings that's blocking the shortcuts. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? A full reset doesn't help.
I really hope someone has a solution because the lack of shortcuts is driving me crazy.

are you talking about the default shortcuts ? like M for move and L for line tool ?
or custom shortcuts ?
I mean indeed the standard shortcuts (like M and S) but also custom shortcuts won’t work.
What do you mean by the formatting? Windows?

the fact that custom shortcuts won’t work could be normal, they’re not linked to your account but to your machine. the same account can have different shortcuts on different machines.
but the standard shortcuts, that’s weird. none of them work at all ?

you may want to try resetting them all in preferences > shortcut > reset all

My work did a complete reset for the porgram for me, if that’s what you mean..?
yes, either repairing or reinstalling, also making sure you reinstall with admin rights
