Shortcut keys not working in my sketchup 2015

So what?

It would be helpful if you provide more information:

  • did you recently upgrade from SketchUp 3,4,5,6,7,8 … to SketchUp 2015?
  • were you using SU 2015 (with working shortcuts) before and all of a sudden shortcut keys stopped working?
  • else…

FYI : Windows 10 is not yet a supported OS for SketchUp.

EDIT: Since this post, SketchUp 2016 has been released which supports Windows 10.

I encountered this problem some time. Repaired by a shortcut preferences reset on PC
