I modeled some furniture products in sketchup for our website and now trying to render using vray but not getting the results i want . I want soft simple shadows but getting really hard , dark and unrealistic shadows . please suggest me what to do with settings to solve the problem . I attached the image file of what i want (image 1). 
I tried all basic setting of sketchup and vray following YouTube videos but not getting the desired results . Please help me .
which light sources are you planning to use, HDRI or sun or others?
I’m using sun or vray lights .
Don’t know that HDRI can work or not ? If can please mention ,
I will use the lighting sources that will work best or same as in the image 
. Please suggest how to use …to achieve my desired results . Thanks in advance.
