Shadows not orienting correctly

No matter what do I can’t get my shadows to fall as I intuitively know they should. Ie forcmy location, season, sun in southern sky, etc. I believe all my settings are correct. Ive rotated the axes around ad Infinitum (have solid green north now). Have the correct UTC, etc.

Model is geo located. Ive even tried leaving the axes fixed and rotating the model either 90 or 180 degrees. No change. Any ideas? Shadows appear to 180 degrees off from what I’d expect.

Software bug, corrupt file, me doing something wrong?

Share the .skp file so we can see what you’ve got set up and help you determine where the problem is. Most likely it is asetup issue. What is the location supposed to be?
