Service Alert - SketchUp for Desktop Sign In

We are aware of an issue with our sign in service which is causing some users to experience a “Technical Difficulties. License is corrupt” error message, and not be able to access SketchUp.

We have identified the cause of this problem and implemented a solution.

If you are encountering these problems, please follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

  1. Sign out of SketchUp for Desktop
  2. Close SketchUp for Desktop (If you are on a Mac, right click on the SketchUp icon in the dock and click “Quit”)
  3. Relaunch SketchUp, and sign back in.
