Serial number and authorization number, that I haven´t got. help!

I bought SketchUp Studio in march of 2025, but today I can’t open it, because is asking me for serial number and authorization number, that I haven’t, and I can’t found in my emails.

How or where can get those numbers?

You don’t need them. Login with the email address and password you used to purchase the subscription with.

Not only do you not need a serial number or authorization number, there aren’t any for regular users. Make sure you are entering your Subscription information under Subscription Plan.

When I click on Subscription Plan, as you say, it goes to a page wanting me to pay.
I have already bought the program.

If you went to the Classic License tab, it will request the corresponding serial number and authorization number, but since ~2021, these are no longer commercially available.

You bought a 1-year subscription.
If the 1-year period has expired, yes, you have to pay again.

I was led to believe that I had bought a lifestime version.
EG no more to pay.
Was I ripped off.
I only bought it a month ago and haven’t even been able to get since loading it.

Where did you get the idea it’s a lifetime version? Where did you purchase the license?

The SketchUp site says nothing about a “lifetime version”. It shows that you would be billed annually.

It says perpetual licence.
Which means:, A perpetual license is a software licensing model where a user pays a one-time, upfront fee to use a specific version of software indefinitely. Unlike subscriptions, this license never expires.

Looks like you purchased an unauthorized “license”. If this is the case, you did get ripped off but not by Trimble or SketchUp. Trimble doesn’t sell perpetual licenses for SketchUp. If you intend to continue with the illegal “license” you would need to contact the seller for support. This forum would not be the right place for that.

Thanks, just as I suspected.
I still have the progran on my computer but it’s the log in I have issues with.
Looks like I will need to interpret Spanish of figure out whatsapp.

Looks like what you really need to do is get a legal subscription to SketchUp first. Then go after the people that sold you the illegal license and get your money back from them.

On the Picture you shared says 2020, in the case it’s not cr@cked software, you probably got a license for version 2020 which still was sold with perpetual licenses, that license will work only on sketchup 2020. Selling old licenses is forbidden by the EULA so it could be legal software but illegal to sell or buy.

How much did you pay?

Spanish is my native language but on the image you shared I see Portuguese, in case you want to translate from English do it into Portuguese not Spanish.

Note that even if the code you have is for SketchUp 2020 it’s still not a legal license.

That depends, in Europa it could be legal even if the Eula says it’s not!
Over here we have a right to sell a license..
