Seeking Class or Tutor Support In Person - Everett, WA

I would like to purchase SketchUp for my husband who has a desire to learn this and is not tech savvy. He is a strong learner and wants to grow his work with this tool. He is a carpenter and furniture maker in his 60s and we would love someone in person to tutor him or join a class in Western Washington.

I welcome any direction from onthers that have wanted to learn. I also welcome direction on what version is best to purchase.

Does it have to be in person?

If I cannot find it in person, I can walk him through Zoom and once he gets through that, it could work. He is not a Zoom fan and yet in some arenas, it seems he may need to come up to work with that and gain a level of comfort.
