Better Solids and (hopefully) better fill

(The request is at the end! / fill with material) SketchUp Solids can be somewhat buggy. I would like SketchUp to treat watertight shapes with more respect before calling them Solids The program would benefit from doing so in more than one way. Solids need to follow certain rules (watertight, etc.) What is failing is the rule to have all faces in correct orientation.
