They work fine on Windows 7 64-bit.
I seem to remember some early issues with Windows 10 and the scrollbars in the Extension list of the Preferences dialog. (I thought these issues had been fixed.)
Oh, and BTW, Intel may not have approved you old pre-3rd generation HD graphics for use with Windows 10, and will not be releasing updated drivers for use with Windows 10, … for any old legacy HD graphics.
