My saved project gone missing Trimble Identity
how to recover it?
I had a sketchup shop subscription, and I lost several files before I moved to Pro. Any chance of recovering those?
Your Shop subscription was under your gmail account, and your Pro is under your work account. Try signing in with your gmail account, and see if the models reappear. If they do, download the models while logged in under that account.
