Rotate on move tools in windows 11 missing

Good morning,

I found some answers to my problem in this forum, but they refer to the Mac version. I use Windows, and I’m unable to find how to activate this tool, which I find very useful. Here is the link to the topic: Rotate functionallity on move tool missing.

Go to menu Windows>>Preferences then select the Drawing tab on the left. You will see an entry to toggle show Move Tool Rotation Grips.
