Resize a model only in one direction

I have a model of the foundation of a house. I know how to resize it in it’s entirety, but can I resize it in length only without affecting width?

Depending on how it is modeled, the right option might be to select the wall that needs to move and use the Move tool. If the walls have thickness, using the Scale tool will scale the thickness of the walls, too.
