hello, i have license for sketchup pro 2015,and currently its max device use, and i wan to install to my new laptop, i dont know why i cant use contact form anymore, anyone know how to reset my license?
You need to have up to date license/maintenance support.
Remove the license from the other computers that you have it installed on. If you can’t do that anymore, it might be that @colin would take pity on you and help you.
Keep in mind that many features like the 3D Warehouse and geo-location are no longer supported in that old version.
i dont have access anymore, i dont know if it need to remove license before i reinstalled my system
What kind of reinstall of system did you do?
im reinstall my system from windows 7 to windows 8,and i reinstalled again to windows 10,without remove my sketchup license
