I am writing to seek assistance with two pending matters regarding my developer account (Febhouse).
1. Submission stuck “In Queue”: My extension “Sun Diagram Studio” (v3.4.0) has been “In Queue” for 13 days. I recently realized that this version has a security flaw: I used a constant for the Extension ID and a separate method for license validation, which I now understand is against the security recommendations.
I have a fixed version (v3.4.1) ready where I have hardcoded the identifier and integrated the check into the main logic.
Request: Could you please Reject the current v3.4.0 submission so I can upload the corrected file?
2. Extension Transfer Request (Request #4352): I have a pending request to transfer my extensions from my personal account (NamNH-Febhouse) to my Organization account (Febhouse). While I received an automated confirmation (Request #4352), the transfer hasn’t been completed yet.
Request: Could you please check the status of this transfer?
I’ve noticed that my recent extensions (Shadow Slice and Dynamic Symbols Studio) were approved within 24 hours, but I am not receiving any approval or rejection email notifications lately—only the initial automated submission receipts.
I would appreciate it if a moderator or reviewer could look into these issues when you have a moment.

Regarding the transfer, I actually replied to the automated support email for the second time about 4 days ago but haven’t received a human response yet. That’s why I decided to post here.

I can confirm that we have now rejected v3.4.0 at your request.
Regarding the transfer of content from one account to another, this is currently in a queue with our engineering team and may take some time.
If this is an urgent issue, you could upload your extension directly to the new organization account and remove it from the old one. Please be aware that there would be some draw backs on doing this though. For example the new upload would be counted as a different extension. e.g. existing users would not be notified of updates unless they download the new one. Also download / purchase counters would be reset.

Regarding the transfer: I prefer to wait for the engineering team to process the transfer request. Preserving the existing user base, download counts, and update notifications is very important to me, so I will avoid re-uploading them manually to the new organization account.
