Renewed five license now all are locked up and can't get tech support

I have sent several support tickets over last two weeks. I have five license and none are working. Logging in online with Trimble Sketchup admin locks up my machine. An actual phone number or working email would be great.

Have you tried another web browser or (another computer?)

This page will create a support ticket and they will email you back from it
