Rendering 3d

Hi everyone, I have a problem, I’m learning sketchup and so I opted for the free version because I don’t use it for work and I don’t have a budget. I’m looking for a free rendering but unfortunately I came across another problem I have a 2018 mackbook air 13 and the various renders don’t hold up. Twinmotion freezes. In short, I don’t want to change PCs for the same reason above. Can someone give me solutions? Isn’t there a free render that uses the cloud? I would like to learn but I can’t afford, sketchup pro, make expensive and now change pc.

I don’t think you can install plugins in the Free version of Sketchup.

If you can, you can try Kerkythea

https://kerkythea.net/

If not, maybe consider converting your SketchUp files to Blender for renderings.

No. SketchUp Free doesn’t have any facility to use extensions.

Kerkythea is a standalone rendering application but the problem is that it needs an exporter plugin that can only be used from within a desktop version of SketchUp. If you can find a reliable source for SketchUp 2018 Make, you could try installing that and exporting from there with the plugin.

Should be 2017. There was no 2018 Make.

Sorry. Senior moment.

Hello, thank you for the answers. As you all said with sketchup free I can’t use plugins or extensions. So I was looking for some external renders, with sketchup free I can download in skp or png.

Someone wrote about found a reliable source of sketchup 2017, I remember that I have mackbook air 13 of 2018 very poor as a pc.
