Removing a licence on a dead machine

Hi Guys can anyone help me. My Mac died and took with it one of my usable 2015 Pro licences with it. How can I transfer this licence onto my new machine, as Sketchup is saying i’ve already got it installed on 2 machines.

Urgent help would be appreciated.

Since you are a Pro customer, I’d recommend to contact customer support so that they can maybe unlock the license that is still bound to the dead machine. I actually don’t know which one applies here, (Customer Service or Technical Support), but I’d try the latter since Customer Service is more related to sales.
