This just glare just arrived in my model as I was changing the material on the coffee table. However, even when I switch the material back, the glare remains. Can someone assist?

You are using the new materials I presume? These show roughness and glossiness.
Toggle your display style to shaded with texture and not one that uses the PBR materials.
You could edit the material so it’s not as reflective.
Upload it to DropBox or Google Drive and share the link.
BTW, please update your forum profile. Based on what you show there is no way you are still using SketchUp 2023. Also put in the operating system version graphics card.

I guess Mike’s taking care of you but since I made this video I’ll post it.
I am also on a Mac. It’s the style panel that controls Xray, hidden line, shaded with textures, etc.
Please also correct the operating system version and graphics card.
