Indeed, I did more thorough research and the issue you raised is somewhat different from what thought initially… Looks like you are using the tool from China (is that correct?) and the BIMShell’s server (which is a Google Cloud one) is being blocked.
I would think that using a VPN would actually solve the problem in this situation, but visibly you were already using one when the problem happened.
I am just discovering the “Great Firewall” and unfortunately I don’t have a ready solution for it yet. Please answer to the email from the support team to help find a workable solution.
