I opened a new file, played with it a bit, then went to open something from my “recent files” list (at the bottom of the “file” menu.
It prompted to save changes. Accidentally I clicked “yes”, so I then clicked “cancel” when the save file location dialogue popped up.
I then went to the “recent files” list and it wasn’t listed any more.
(Such a drama having to go and find the file to open it again! ;))
