Random triangle shapes suddenly popping up when filling an area

Hi! I was trying to make a city square plans for my thesis, and these random faces kept popping up whenever i tried to fill a shape,

It is getting more and more annoying after a couple of days. Please help me. I cant upload the file here (>16MB), here is the link to my Google Drive:

Thank you for the information! oh yeah, it was caused by a broken building model i added before, didnt realise that it still left things there after i deleted it, is there a way to see the hidden geometries and fix it?
