Hi it is possible to push pull this profile ? I want it to repeat the holes for me

Do you mean you want to extrude it up and have the holes form automatically? If so, not with native tools.
What you could do is to form a Group out of a short section including holes and then copy that upwards. Then you can either hide the connecting edges or explode and delete them.
