Bonsoir, mon précédent ordinateur étant très limité (IOS qui date ),j’ai donc fait l’acquisition d’un nouvel ordi sous windows 10 .
Je travaille avec la licence Sketchup pro 2021 mais je ne peux pas accéder à mes dossiers avec le nouvel ordi.
Je cherche désespérément une solution pour pouvoir récupérer mon travail.
Une solution doit bien exister?
Je sollicite votre aide ,je n’ai pas le temps de tout recommencer…
Good evening, my previous computer was very limited (outdated IOS), so I bought a new computer running Windows 10.
I am working with the Sketchup pro 2021 license but I cannot access my files with the new computer.
I am desperately looking for a solution so that I can get my job back.

What isn’t working?
Do the files fail to open with an error message?
Have you physically moved the files from on computer to the other?
Are you using the .skp not the .skb files?
There should be no reason a windows machine wouldn’t open a current or older mac version.
The files do not automatically transfer from one to the other, they must be transferred in some way.
I’m a bit confused by your profile, which says “iOS and Windows”. Are you moving from a web-based version on iOS to a desktop version on Windows? If so, the files won’t transfer automatically because desktop SketchUp is not cloud-based, it writes files to your computer’s disk.
Ok,je dois donc chercher une manière de transférer mes dossiers d’un ordinateur à l’autre.

Bonjour ,je veux juste savoir comment je peux transférer mes dossiers sketchup d’un ordinateur à un autre sachant qu’ils n’ont pas le même système d’exploitation.
La version du logiciel est la même , Je veux juste pouvoir travailler sur 2 ordinateurs .

Avec une clé USB, un disque dur externe, un compte cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox etc.) Ou même envoi par mail ou wetransfer.
Il y a l’embarras du choix, vos fichiers .skp mac marcheront sur pc et vice versa
