Problems with Login and MFA - Invalid Session Verifier

Hello Team Sketchup, I have been trying for days to login to my account with no success. I have been emailing technical support who have not been able to resolve the issue.

Primary Email is correct, Password is correct, Code sent to mobile, then when I enter the code, it is invalid.

I’ve asked them to remove MFA, which they say they have, but I am still getting this error message.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what did you do to solve the issue?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When you first create an account there is a code sent to verify that it’s you. If MFA is still turned on, it would not be asking for that original code. You would use an authenticator app, the Google one for example, and it generates a new code at the time you are signing in. That’s the code that needs to be entered.
