Did you submit the log mentioned in the message to the Chaos Group as instructed?
Possibly if you uploaded the model someone could verify the error and give hints as to what caused it.
Your profile does not stat which version of Windows you are using. Please update it, this could affect the answers given (wrong information).
Which version of V-Ray are you using? Have you installed the latest update to V-Ray Next?
