Problem with Texture turning muddy from SU to Layout


I added a nice old-fashioned looking wood grain poche to my SU model, imported to LO, and the texture turned to mud. I tried Raster, Vector and Hybrid rendering settings. It is on Hybrid now to keep the linework reasonably crisp, but Raster is no better for the texture. Any ideas?


Is this just what you’re seeing on screen? There are render quality settings for while you’re working and for Output. Generally you want to leave the working render settings lower to maintain computer performance. You can set export render quality high and it’ll look nicer when you export to PDF>
