I’ve just downloaded SketchUp and logged in to the account on which I want to start the free trial.
However, when I click “Start free trial”, I’m redirected to a 404 – Page Not Found error (same as shown in the screenshot below).
I’ve tried reinstalling, refreshing the page and logging out/in again, but the issue persists.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?

Create an account. once it’s done, go to
and download / install SU26.
and once you launch it, login using your account. it will start your trial then?.
Unfortunately, I installed SketchUp 2026 Pro, created an account, and logged in, but the “Start trial version” button does not work(also error 404). Despite using a different installation method, the issue must be caused elsewher
Are you using a VPN or something that may change your language or location to where it actually is?
