Problem with exporting an animation to mp4 video file from Sketchup 2024 (The loft is missing)

Hello.
I am unfortunately experiencing problems with exporting my animation to mp4 file. When it´s exported the loft of one of the rooms is not shown even though it shows it in the animation using the sketchup program.

This has been reported numerous times and the team are working on a solution. Currently the work around is to open the file in SketchUp 2023 and export your animation from there.

FWIW, I would suggest cleaning up the model first. There are a number of incorrectly oriented faces. You should see no exposed blue back faces in the model.

I went through my usual cleanup process. First I fixed incorrect tag usage.

Then I purged unused stuff. There’s no point hoarding all those components and materials.

And unless your story is about a glove, the glove textures in your model are excessively large for what they do. It would be a good idea to reduce the size of them.

I tried an export with a version later than you have, and it does seem to be fixed. I can’t yet say when you will get the version I used.
