Problem with Editible 3d text (title edited)

I have a problem with one of your SketchUp-plugin where the Editble 3d text says “No align”, the pop-up won’t show and have a red cross instead of the green one.

Do anyone know what the problem can be and how I can fix it?

I’m confused, the title you gave is about login and manage devices.

but you ask about one of “our” plugins.
it’s simpler if you give the plugin’s name.

could it be this one ?

if so, did you read the description and also install TT_Lib² ?

The name of the Extension is Editble 3d text.

TT lib is installed! :slight_smile:

I think the title may be wrong, I’m not sure how you do in the forum hehe. I had a question before but I pressed that I wanted another thread, maybe thats where it got wrong.
