Just purchased ET-8550 to enable me to print large format Sketchup diagrams. I specify my print settings for Rear Paper Feeder, 11 x 17 paper size but when I go to print, the paper size gets reset to 8-1/2 x 11, Paper Tray 2. I am otherwise able to print 11 x 17 in other programs, e.g., Word, Excel, Lotus123. Why does the printing process change my settings? Anybody run into this issue? Thank you.
Is Paper Tray 2 set as the default paper source in the Printer Driver settings?
Why not use LayOut? You can select 11x17 as the paper size and export a PDF that should automatically print to that size from Acrobat or whatever PDF editor you use. It would also allow you to set appropriate scales for views of your model if needed.
