When I print my drawing I don’t get any of my model just the update button at the bottom in preview and on the actual print. Same ion Chrome and Safari
Sorry for the long delay. Can you clarify: are you seeing a blank PDF, or not seeing a PDF download from your browser at all?
Hi Mark
Thanks for responding. I get the same effect whether I print to pdf or the actual printer. I get a page with a header and footer and an upgrade now button, but no image of my model.
Cheers
Gavin
Do you have a similar result when you export a PNG image from SketchUp for Web?
Hi Mark
I was using the browser print function. I’ve now found the SketchUp for Web print function and that works to pdf. There doesn’t seem to be an option to print direct to the printer. Is that right?

That’s right: SketchUp’s for Web print command essentially creates a print preview as a PDF file. All web browsers handle printing a little bit differently (with margins and page layouts), so to provide the best result, SketchUp exports a PDF file that you can use with your PDF viewer of choice. Glad to hear you sorted things out!
Mark
I understand. Thanks for your help.
Cheers
