Plug-in License not being retained - SketchUp 2025

Hi, I’m using a plug-in for SketchUp called DesignPH. I’ve used it with no problems in an older version of Sketchup, but now that I’ve upgraded to 2025, the license for that plug-in doesn’t stay put when I close and reopen the software. I have to reassign it every time I open.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

This extension is not licensed through the Extension Warehouse (Listing Page only). The best I can recommend visiting that extension site and contact to staff there.
