PDF in Layout

Hello

I’m trying to scale and clean up a PDF of a site plan to use in Layout.

  1. My image quality here in Image Editor appears clear.

Is there a method to import a PDF into Layout AFTER scaling in SU and achieve a clear VECTOR image?

SketchUp or LayOut don’t have any automatic raster to vector conversion.
