Pb Fenêtre "Préférences" sans aucune action à suivre

Bonjour à tous,
Sur mon MacOS Mojave V10.14.3, lorsque je clique sur le menu Sketchup (V8.0.14345) puis sur Préférences, aucune fenêtre ne s’ouvre.
Quelqu’un connait-il une solution ?

Have you previously used the application on an external monitor? Plugging it back in might bring the window to view.

@Barry, I don’t know if it is even possible to run SketchUp 8 on MacOs Mojave?

I have never used the application on an external monitor. Just on my laptop.
