Particular LAYOUT file won't open, all others do

Hi, I’m on a Mac using SketchUp 2018. I can’t open a particular .layout file (size 48.8MB) and I get no pop-up message. All my other .layout files open. I’ve done lots of reading/searching, but the technical jargon is way over my head. Any help appreciated…

The associated SKP file appears to be corrupted. Do you have the original file SKP file? Can you open it? Can you share it?
