Have had supscription to Pro 2021 since April. It mysteriously disappeared from my computer a few days ago. I downloaded successfully. When I try to sign in pro2021 using welcome page, launch browser button appears. When pressed, nothing happens. What to do?
Have been using sketchup since early days when developed and owned by Google. If you had a problem you could actually call them up and get help. Trimble is impenetrable, like everything else.
