I am using Sketchup for schools on Chrome and G suite.
I keep getting the message above with a picture of an upside down turtle, but I am not online.
This is frustrating as I am the teacher and all my students are not having the issue.
As a first simple option, have you tried clearing your browser cache.
Can you share a screenshot of the error message?
I’m wondering if the other thread isn’t about the desktop version and this thread about the web version. Could be still error thought.
