I really do not understand why numbers buttons working like short cuts - camera - views. And I cant disable that function

did you install sketchup correctly / completely ? meaning you open the archive, then you drag the SU folder into your application folder ? some people run sketchup directly from the archive and it has weird results.
could you give info about your machine, your sketchup, and all ? right now you profile reads this (please update it) :

Yes they are bar numbers, I allso have the second testature working equal.

please add that into your profile. Top right of the forum, click on your icon, then the small silhouette, preferences, and on the new page, profile. so we donāt have to ask 
can you check the shortcut menu in the preference panel ? what does it say ?
Check a tool activated by a number, and see if itās an actual shortcut or not.
check for updates, there is a 23.1 now it might solve your problem. (check for ventura upgrades too, never too prudent)
Also, what language are you using sketchup in ?
in mac os, if you open tne system preferences, then general, then language / region, at the bottom, you can force an app to launch in a certain language. SU is always available in english in addition to your selected language, so you can force it to run in english. Does it happen in english too, or only in your language ?
right now I donāt know what could make your SU work that way. but the more infos we get, the more hypothesis we ca rule out, the more likely we are that someone comes and says āoh yeah I know that oneā
The shortcuts for the camera views are Command-1 through to Command-7. If the number keys on their own are triggering the views, that suggests macOS thinks your Command key is stuck in the on position.
If you type O for Orbit, does the File/Open dialog appear?

So why does you computer think the Command key is being pressed? Something wrong with the keyboard?

if it opens a new Finder window, then your computer thinks your command key is pressed here too.
You say you have two keyboards, the one on the macbook, and an external slovenian one.
Your bug, I suppose it is with the slovenian keyboard. If you unplug it, and use the english keyboard of the macbook, is it still buggy ?
