I cannot augment on my galaxy note 20 any longer. Not sure if anyone has the same issue.
I experienced the same issue a few months ago. Apparently, Trimble has decided not to invest more time or effort in updating the app to be compatible with the latest Android version. As a result, not only has the augmented reality feature stopped working, but you also can’t open any 2024 or newer .skp files using the Android viewer app.
Like many other users, I’m very disappointed, as this leaves us with only two options: switching to Apple or switching away from SketchUp.
