When selecting the North Marker from the Scrapbooks TB-Plain: Site Graphics, I want to turn it accordingly to point the correct direction. I may be blind, stupid or impatient, but when trying to rotate the image it simply doesn’t let me. I can only scale and move all - or part of the symbol! Annoying!

You mean like this?
Any object in LayOut will have a rotation handle when selected.
By default it’ll be at the center although you can move it before rotating.

In the moment of complaining I guess I was overwhelmed by the numbers of handles so I simply overlooked the turn handle|! I managed to find the second option though|
